It wouldn't surprise me if they were copies. I remember this seller had a number of other photocopied books that they were selling as possible editor copies or something like that.

Looking back, I think it might have been the seller "movie-movies" who was selling the photocopied books as "test copies". I bought stuff from both sellers a while back.

It's also a small piece.

It seems like interiors are doing really well (the nice stuff) and covers are at a depressed price recently.

On this painting in particular, I think it was a good buy but then I'd still pass on it. Just a sign of the current economy...
