I have a pronunciation question for my French friends. How would you pronounce the name 'Tertan'? Is the second 't' a soft t or an sh sound? Thanks. _________________ "This is cool."

It's the surname of a character in a Trilling short. The story reports that his family was Bulgarian. I know that French shares some pronunciation elements with the Eastern European language groups. I did some googling and found that it's a very rare surname. _________________ "This is cool."
