This is the only adventure Paul Vernon ever got out but it is pretty well known as an excellent adventure. Very plot heavy with all of the beloved settings-Village, Wilderness and Dungeon. The author was known to contribute to White Dwarf magazine and has written related material in WD 34 and WD Best of Articles III. The sequel mentioned 'Ristenby Town' was sadly never published. Starstone had a print run of 3000 according to the author. Page 12 possibly has the most questionable artwork of all time with a theme of explicit rape amongst pillaging.
